President, Z Resorts Management and Development LLC

Benji Homsey is President of Z Resorts Management and Development LLC, where he has oversight of both Dallas and Houston Hotel ZaZa properties and oversees future development opportunities for the Hotel ZaZa brand. As former Vice President/Project Manager for Givens Records Development from 2001-2006, Mr. Homsey managed and oversaw development for Hotel ZaZa Dallas, The Metropolitan Club (ZaZa Dallas Condominiums) and Hotel ZaZa Houston. He also managed the construction, design and installation of each property. Additionally, Mr. Homsey served as the asset manager for Hotel ZaZa Dallas and played an integral role in the hotel's operations. Z Resorts was formed in 2006 to manage and develop multiple Hotel ZaZa properties and related residential properties. Both locations have garnered national media coverage, including The New York Times, Travel + Leisure, "Extra" and People. The Houston property was named one of Fortune Magazine's "Best Business Hotels." Mr. Homsey has a Bachelor of Arts in Finance with an emphasis in real estate from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
