Celebrate a Hoppin' Easter with a Buffet Brunch at Hotel ZaZa

Live Jazz, Petting Zoo, Easter Egg Hunt and a Visit from the Easter Bunny Will Fill the Phantom Ballroom with Holiday Festivities

It’s a family affair this Easter at Hotel ZaZa. Executive Chef Aaron Neeley will offer a bountiful, festive Easter Brunch Buffet in the hotel’s beautiful Phantom Ballroom on Sunday, April 4. With two seatings – 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – the buffet is priced at $65 per adult and $20 for children under 12.

Easter at Hotel ZaZa will also include live jazz, dining with views through the ballroom’s panoramic windows of the neighboring Mecom Fountain and Museum District. Kids will enjoy a petting zoo, Easter egg hunt, a special visit from the Easter Bunny along with a “Silver Dollar Pancake Bar for Kids” and a “Make Your Own Sundae Bar.”

Salads and starters include Caprese Salad, Grilled Jumbo Asparagus, Pesto Rotini Salad, Spring Greens, Chicken and Sausage Gumbo and Caesar Salad.  Savory entrees such as Seared Black Cod, served with pear tomatoes, gnocchi and basil butter will be featured along with Roasted Chicken, cornbread stuffing and caramelized onion sauce; Braised Short Ribs with roasted garlic mashers and red wine sauce; Lobster Ravioli in lobster brandy cream sauce; and Louisiana BBQ Shrimp with cheddar and bacon grits.

Sides include Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni and Cheese, Red Wine-Braised Mushrooms, Green Bean Casserole, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Sausage Links, and Biscuits and Gravy.

The ZaZa Brunch Buffet will showcase an Omelet Station for made to order omelets and a Butcher Block Station featuring smoked Prime Rib, marinated turkey breast and honey cured bone-in ham.

Featured displays will include French Toast, Waffles and Pancakes with strawberries, whipped cream and toasted almond toppings along with the “Silver Dollar Pancake Bar for Kids”; an Artisan Cheese Display; an Antipasti Platter with prosciutto, salami, grilled vegetables and assorted olives; Chilled Seafood; and Assorted Pastries and Artisan Breads with croissants, danishes, scones and more.

Easter sweets to top off the meal feature a variety of ZaZa-baked Cupcakes, Brownies, Banana Bread Pudding, Homemade Cherry Cobbler and the “Make Your Own Sundae Bar.”

The Easter Buffet Brunch will include a Mini Hot Dog Cart for the young and young-at-heart, along with the Silver Dollar Pancake Bar for Kids, Chicken Tenders, Glazed Carrots and a “Build Your Own” ice cream sundae bar that will let kids create personalized confections.
