Our most popular massage, with light to medium pressure for deep relaxation. Tension will be released as your therapist uses traditional Swedish techniques to calm aching muscles while improving circulation.

This massage is designed to release trigger points in the body's muscular tissue. Deep finger pressure and open palm compression strokes are used to increase circulation and unfold chronic tension throughout the body. (Not recommended for a first massage experience.)

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The intention of the Golden Dragon Ritual is to remove debris from the past and make space for reflection and endless possibilities. This beautiful ritual begins with a cleansing exfoliation using our signature aromatic blend of raw cane sugar, ginger, lime, vanilla, and nutrient-rich coconut milk to freshen and nourish your skin and senses. Next, a warm botanical honey mask is applied and the body is cocooned in a comforting wrap.
